PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order, you will receive an email with confirmation of your order(a hard copy of an invoice will be included in your package).
We accept debit and credit card payment from most UK-based card types. If you are shopping from Overseas then please contact us for delivery and payment options.
We use a secure card processing company to charge your card.
Your card details are entered onto their secure server and they pass the payment through to us. We do not see or retain a record of your card details. Your card will be charged when you place your order.
We will acknowledge that we have received your order by email. As soon as possible we will either despatch your order or contact you if our supply circumstances have changed.
We will do our best to deliver your order in a reasonable timeframe and at the prices quoted, but occasionally pricing and supply is outside of our control.
Any change in price or unreasonable backorder delivery times will be notified to you as soon as practicable, and you will normally have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund or credit up until the point we despatch to you. This excludes any special order items that have been ordered.

Please note, that you are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that are levied when your order reaches your country. You are welcome to contact us for more information.
Goods sent by courier within mainland UK we aim to have them with you by the next working day after your order has been sent.
Any items sent by Royal Mail will take 3 - 4 working days to arrive, although in experience we expect delivery within 2 - 3 working days, but cannot guarantee this.
Any overseas order delivery times are dependant on the country and the carrier, you can contact us to find out this information.

If you are unhappy with your order, please return the specific item or items unopened, in the original packaging and condition, to our address within fourteen days of the date that you received the order.
Please contact us before returning any item to obtain a returns number. No returns can be accepted without this returns number.
We will credit back the credit / debit card that you used to purchase the item or items.
Products that have been used or fitted will only be accepted for return if they are found to be faulty.
1. Contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone +44(0)1443 742421 to advise us that you are returning goods.
2. Re-package the items in the original shipping containers (or containers suitable for shipping).
3. Please include a note with your contact details or a copy / original invoice within the packaging along with a reason for the return.
4. If the return is due to a fault with the goods, please include a description of the fault.

It is recommended that you use a registered or recorded delivery method for your own protection. You will be liable for any postage return charges unless agreed beforehand.
If any goods are found to be faulty, you can return the product within a reasonable period of time. A refund for the price of the product, the proportion of the outward delivery charge, and the costs incurred by you returning the product will be credited to your credit or debit card that was used to purchase the goods.
